1. Who we are

This website is operated by [Legal entity name, e.g. The Cousins Media Ltd], a company registered in [England and Wales] under company number [00000000], registered office [address] ("The Cousins", "we", "us"). Contact: [hello@thecousinstalkshow.com].

You may watch, listen and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Short clips may be shared with credit and a link back, in line with fair dealing.

4. Your content

If you send us questions, messages, voice notes or comments, you confirm you have the right to share them and give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to read, use and broadcast them (anonymously unless you agree otherwise) on the show and our channels. Passwords & security

Lounge passwords are never stored in plain text — they're protected with a strong one-way hash (scrypt). Access is via secure, HTTP-only session cookies. We never ask for your Patreon password; payments are handled entirely by Patreon.

Who we share data with

Only trusted processors who help us run the show, under contract: our website host [host name], email provider [e.g. Mailchimp / ConvertKit], and Patreon (for membership checks). Embedded players (YouTube, Spotify, Apple) only load if you allow embedded media. We never sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time — email [privacy@thecousinstalkshow.com]. We'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and the Lounge is for over-18s only. We don't knowingly collect children's data.

Membership Terms — The Private Lounge

Last updated: 4 November 2026

1. Eligibility & approval

The Lounge is for active Patreon supporters of The Cousins Talk Show who are 18 or over. Creating an account sends a request; access is granted only after we manually approve it. We may decline or remove access at our discretion, for example if your Patreon membership ends or these terms are broken.

2. Payments, cancellation & refunds

All payments, billing, cancellations and refunds are handled by Patreon under Patreon's terms. Cancelling your Patreon membership will end Lounge access at the end of your paid period. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

3. Your account

Your login is personal to you. Keep your password secure and don't share your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Members-only content

Lounge content is licensed to you for personal viewing only. You must not download, screen-record, re-upload, share links to, or publish members-only content or conversations from the Lounge. Breaches may lead to immediate removal and, where appropriate, legal action.

5. Changes

We may change, pause or stop the Lounge or its perks. If we make a significant change we'll let members know in advance where we reasonably can.

Community Guidelines

Last updated: 4 November 2026

We're a family — and like any family, we have house rules. These apply across our comments, DMs, live hangouts and the Lounge.

  • Be kind. Debate the topic, not the person. No bullying, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
  • Respect privacy. Don't share personal details about yourself or others, and don't name people in your stories.
  • Keep it in the family. What's shared in the Lounge stays in the Lounge.
  • No spam or self-promo without our OK.
  • Look after yourself. We talk about real life, but we're not professionals. If you're struggling, please reach out to someone you trust or Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7, UK & ROI).

We may remove content and restrict access for anyone who breaks these guidelines.
